These are a few of our Frequently Asked Questions to help your shopping experience easier.

How long will it take to get my order?

Once your order is placed, it generally takes 3 – 5 days for order processing from the vendor.  Once your order is completely processed, shipping times vary from 12 -30 Business Days.

My Tracking Link says Label Created

Once your order is marked complete in our system, you will receive an email with your tracking number for your order.  The tracking number will show that a Sipping label has been created for your order..  It may take a few days for the tracking to update with the estimated delivery date.  

Is there Rush Shipping?

Yes we do offer Rush Shipping. Simply select Rush shipping when checking out. Rush Shipping orders are received within 6 – 8 Business Days.

What Countries Do You Ship To?

We only ship to the Continental United States at this time.  We do not ship internationally.

What forms of Payment are accepted?

Our payments are processed through PayPal.  PayPal accepts all Major Credit/Debit Cards.  You do not have to have a PayPal Account, simply select pay with debit card option at checkout.

Do You Accept Gift Cards?

As long as the Gift Card has a Major Credit Card Logo such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express, then we will accept it as a form of payment.

My Discount Code is Not Working

Please check to make sure you have entered the code correctly.  If the code is correct, please email us and we will be sure to assist you in getting your code working, granted it has not expired.

What if I need to return my order?

You have 15 days (on top of the on-time delivery date) to decide if you want to keep or return the item for any reason. After your return request is approved, will receive a unique Free Return label in time. Print the Free Return label and pack your returned parcel securely. You must return the parcel with the returned goods and the printed Free Return label to any designated return point within 15 days from the day you receive the return shipping label. If the shipment is not delivered within delivery time, the Free Return label will be canceled. The sooner you complete the return, the sooner you will receive your refund.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

If your shipping address changes, please notify us immediately upon placing your order.  If the order has not been shipped, we can work to get the update made prior to it being shipped from the vendor.

Can I get same day delivery?

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer same day shipping as our products are fulfilled through other vendors.  We do offer Rush Shipping to help you get y our item faster.
